Medical Disclaimer

Home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) is ordered and interpreted by a physician. We coordinate testing and provide oral appliance therapy as a CPAP alternative in collaboration with the patient's sleep physician.

Patient Relationship

Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A formal patient relationship is established only when:

• You complete our new patient intake process
• We confirm acceptance as a patient
• You attend an in-person consultation
• We both agree to proceed with treatment

Appointment Scheduling
